At KamperBitz, we’re all about making your adventures smoother, more comfortable, and a little more effortless. Recently, we had the pleasure of teaming up with Gliderite HQ to install the fantastic HPC Hydraulic Levelling System on an impressive Adria SuperSonic. This wasn’t just any motorhome – it’s a spacious, tag axle, AL-KO chassis model that really deserves the best in stability and levelling.

Why Choose Hydraulic Levelling?

If you’ve ever parked up for the night in a slightly uneven spot, you know how much of a difference proper levelling can make. From ensuring that your cupboards don’t swing open to keeping your bed level for a good night’s sleep, hydraulic levelling systems are a game changer. With the HPC system, the days of faffing around with ramps or struggling to find the perfect spot are over.

The Installation Process

Given the size and complexity of the Adria SuperSonic, we made the most of Gliderite’s fully equipped workshop and vehicle lifts. Having the right setup made the job not only smoother but also a lot safer – especially when dealing with a large, tag axle motorhome.

Here’s what we did to transform the levelling experience:

1. Fitting the Hydraulic Legs

We installed four powerful hydraulic legs to ensure complete stability. These legs are built to handle the size and weight of the SuperSonic, keeping it rock-solid no matter where you park.

2. Routing Pipework and Electrics

To keep everything looking neat and professional, we carefully routed the hydraulic pipework and electrical wiring throughout the vehicle. Attention to detail is crucial here – you want the system to be as discreet and reliable as possible.

3. Locating the Hydraulic Pump

We chose to mount the hydraulic pump under one of the seats. This location is not only space-efficient but also keeps the pump protected and easily accessible for any maintenance.

4. Installing the Control Panel

We know how important it is for motorhome owners to have controls within easy reach. That’s why we fitted the control panel in a convenient spot, making it simple to activate and adjust the levelling system.

5. HPC App Integration

One of the standout features of the HPC system is its smartphone integration. After setting up the hardware, we made sure the app was properly synced, allowing the owner to control the entire levelling process with just a few taps on their phone. Whether you’re inside or just stepping out, it’s a breeze to operate.

Why We Trust HPC for Levelling

The HPC Hydraulic Levelling System is renowned for its durability, ease of use, and top-notch performance. With just a single button press, your motorhome can be perfectly level – no stress, no hassle. Plus, the app connectivity means you’re always in control.

Why Professional Installation Matters

Hydraulic systems are complex, and precision is key. By working with Gliderite and making use of their workshop, we ensured that every component was installed safely and correctly. Getting it done right the first time means years of reliable performance – and that’s what we’re all about at KamperBitz.

Is Hydraulic Levelling Right for You?

If you’re tired of wrestling with ramps and looking for a more convenient way to level your motorhome, it’s definitely worth considering an upgrade. The HPC Hydraulic Levelling System is not only reliable but also adds a touch of luxury to your travel experience.
